Resolved 2026-10-14 by a research subagent. Findings: branch research/twy-public-records, file research/twy-public-records.md, worktree at ~/Projects/rryter.ch-research-twy-records. All six SHAB publications verified against the official PDFs; the "Vorangehende Publikation" chain is unbroken.

  • Founded: registered 22.02.2012 at HRA Bern as "twy GmbH", seat Thun (c/o Severin Räz, Burgstrasse 16), statutes 11.02.2012, capital CHF 20'000. SHAB 27.02.2012 Nr. 40, Publ. 6569266.
  • Founding Gesellschafter: Severin Martin Räz (Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung), Emanuel Thomas Sankara Imhof (Geschäftsführer), Reto Ryter (Geschäftsführer); all with Einzelunterschrift.
  • Purpose: development and sale of IT solutions and services, unchanged since founding.
  • 14.11.2013: seat Thun → Bern, Flurstrasse 1A (SHAB Nr. 221, Publ. 1180195).
